摘　　要：乳腺癌已成为全球及我国女性发病率第一的癌症,且近年来发病率不断升高,呈现出年轻化趋势,影响女性生命健康。长期以来,乳腺癌根治术一直是乳腺癌外科治疗的经典术式,随着医疗技术的进步,越来越多的乳腺癌被早期诊断,外科治疗理念由“最大可耐受治疗”向“最小有效治疗”转变,各国保乳治疗的实施率越来越高,但我国保乳治疗率尚处于较低水平,如何增强公众对保乳治疗的认识、提高保乳治疗率成为临床探讨的热点话题。Breast cancer has become the cancer with the highest incidence rate among women in the world and China,and the incidence rate has been rising in recent years,showing a trend of youth,affecting women's life and health.For a long time,breast cancer radical surgery has been a classic surgical treatment for breast cancer.With the progress of medical technology,more and more breast cancer has been diagnosed early.The concept of surgical treatment has changed from"the most tolerable treatment"to"the least effective treatment".The implementation rate of breast conserving treatment in various countries is increasing,but the rate of breast conserving treatment in China is still at a low level.How to enhance public awareness of breast conserving treatment Improving the rate of breast conserving treatment has become a hot topic of clinical exploration.
