摘  要:目的探索培养与提升医科院校药学专业学生实验室化学安全风险应对能力的途径。方法通过对医科院校药学专业学生实验室化学安全风险应对能力的分析,结合事故发生的原因类型、实验室质量管理要素、危险源风险管理及实际教学培训经验,提出相应的培养策略。结果分析研究表明通过持续开展实验室安全警示教育、加强危险源识别、控制与评估知识的学习、掌握危险化学品固有特性、熟悉设备、设施、环境条件与研究方法、培养良好科研规范与习惯,将有助于提升学生化学安全风险应对能力。结论建议医科院校对药学专业学生持续开展基于危险源管理的实验室安全教育,重点提升安全意识,强化安全应对技能,进而提升实验室安全管理水平,保障学生人身安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the method of training and improving chemical safety risk coping ability in the laboratory of pharmacy students in medical colleges.METHODS Through the analysis of chemical safety risk coping ability in the laboratory of pharmacy students in medical colleges,the corresponding training strategies were proposed based on types of causes of safety incidents,elements of laboratory quality management,risk management of hazardous sources and practical teaching and training experiences.RESULTS Analytical studies showed that some measures would facilitate elevating the ability of pharmaceutical students to respond to chemical safety risks,inclu⁃ding continuous laboratory safety warning education,enhancing the learning of knowledge of hazard source identifica⁃tion,control and evaluation,mastering the inherent characteristics of hazardous chemicals,familiarity with equipment,facilities,environmental conditions,analysis and research methods.CONCLUSION It is suggested that continuous laboratory safety warning education should be performed for students in medical colleges,with an emphasis on safety consciousness enhancement and reinforcement of safety coping skills,so as to further improve laboratory safety man⁃agement level and protect their life safety.
