摘  要:针对有冰海域小油滴形成冰油混合物中油含量低的特点,本文提出了能够准确反演组成物质丰度的模型。该模型在多项式与三角函数混合模型的基础上,通过添加正则项并对光谱特征进行小波变换,在避免过拟合问题的同时还能突出低能量信息。应用渤海湾光谱数据进行拟合实验,该模型能够在溢油含量百分比低至10-4数量级的情况下实现精确反演,保持不同含量溢油的相应数量级。与经典非线性模型方法比较,本文提出的混合模型在溢油丰度的对数均方根误差及溢油分布图像上具有明显优势,可为高纬度地区的溢油响应提供技术支持。To describe the nonlinear effect of oil-ice mixture with low oil concentration in ice-covered sea area,a method was proposed to accurately estimate the abundances of constituent materials.Based on the polynomial and sine model,the method added normalization terms and performed wavelet transformation to spectral signatures,to resolve over-fitting problems and highlight the low energy information.According to the experimental analyses of constructed mixtures based on the data collected in Bohai Bay,the estimated abundance is accurate for the real one as low as 10−4,and can stay in the corresponding magnitude order related to the real data.Compared to classic nonlinear models,the proposed method shows lower logarithm mean square root error and clearer oil spill distribution maps,which can be used to plan a response to oil spills in high latitude.
