权力异化的前奏:心理学视角下职务犯罪人权力认知的实证研究

摘　　要：腐败的核心问题是以权谋私,个体对权力的认知会影响权力的行使方式,考察职务犯罪人的权力认知有助于理解腐败意向的发生机制。文本以职务犯罪人和在职公职人员为研究对象,通过行为学测试和问卷调查等方式开展实证研究,结果显示:职务犯罪人对权力存在内隐的积极态度;与作为社会对照组的在职公职人员对比发现,职务犯罪人倾向通过掌握话语权占据支配地位,具有较高的心理特权水平;上述权力认知外化成为腐败行为的关键节点是参加工作后10年和20年。未来可从进一步完善腐败风险的理论框架、加强权力异化的路径分析及探索全职业周期的廉政预警模式等方面展开深度研究。The core issue of corruption is the use of power for personal gain.The individual's cognition of power as the primary influencing factor will affect the way of exercising power.Investigation of the power cognition in duty criminals will help to understand the mechanism of corruption intention.This study selects duty criminals and in-service civil servants as the subjects,and conducts empirical research by means of behavioral tests and questionnaires.The results show that the duty criminals have implicit positive attitudes towards power.The comparison results with in-service civil servants find that the duty criminals tend to occupy a dominant position by mastering the discourse power,and have a high level of psychological privilege.In addition,the survey shows that 10 and 20 years after working are the key points of the occurrence of power alienation.In the future,in-depth research can be carried out from the following aspects:exploring the theoretical framework of corruption risk,strengthening the developmental path analysis of power alienation,and exploring the early warning mode of clean government throughout the career cycle.
