摘 要:为有效提升文物价值阐释传播效率,同时满足文保工作人员与参观游客对文物展示的功能需求和心理需求,优化用户体验,提出了一种融合DFSS与TRIZ的智能文物展柜创新设计新模式。基于DFSS的DMADV流程快速准确识别现有文物展柜的关键核心问题,将用户需求转化为对应的设计特征,并构建智能文物展柜设计矛盾矩阵,通过引入TRIZ理论,将产品的关键核心问题转变为TRIZ的标准问题,结合TRIZ的原理方法,选择正确技术创新途径,最终获得文物展柜的创新设计解决方案。DFSS和TRIZ的融合集成能将用户需求与实际工程解决方案衔接起来,能更加高效解决生产过程中实际工程问题和优化产品设计流程。In order to effectively improve the efficiency of interpretation and communication of cultural relics value,meet the functional and psychological needs of cultural relics display staff and visitors,and optimize the user experience,a new innovative design mode of intelligent cultural relics display cabinet integrating DFSS and TRIZ was proposed.DMADV process,based on DFSS,quickly and accurately identifies the key core issues of the existing cultural relics exhibition cabinets,converts the user's needs into the corresponding design features,and builds the design contradiction matrix of intelligent cultural relics exhibition cabinets.By introducing TRIZ theory,the key core issues of the products are transformed into the standard issues of TRIZ.Combined with the relevant principles and methods of TRIZ,choose the right way of technological innovation and finally get the innovative design solution of the cultural relics showcase.The integration of DFSS and TRIZ can well connect the user needs with the actual engineering solutions,solve the actual engineering problems in the production process more efficiently,and optimize the product design process.
