摘 要:实践教学是全日制专业学位研究生培养的一个重要环节,实践基地是实践教学的重要课堂。目前校企合作共建的培养实践基地普遍存在制度保障机制不完善,校外合作导师培养缺位,课程体系与专业实践不契合,实践基地长效合作机制不健全等问题。本文以吉林大学产教融合实践基地为例,积极探索适合专业学位研究生教育的产教融合培养模式,立足为国家重大战略和区域经济发展培养和储备高层次专业人才为目标,建立长效稳定的校企联动机制,充分发挥培养实践基地在提高专业实践能力方面的重要作用,保障专业学位研究生培养质量的不断提升。Practice teaching is an important link in the training of full-time professional degree graduates,and practice base is an important classroom of practice teaching.At present,there are many problems in the practice base built by school-enterprise cooperation,such as imperfect system guarantee mechanism,absence of offcampus cooperative tutor training,incompatibility between curriculum system and professional practice,and imperfect long-term cooperation mechanism of practice base.Taking Jilin University practice base for the integration of industry and education as an example,this paper actively explores the cultivation mode for the integration of industry and education suitable for the education of professional degree graduates.Based on the goal of cultivating and reserving high-level professional talents for national major strategies and regional economic development,this paper establishes a long-term and stable school-enterprise alliance mechanism and gives full play to the important role of the practice base in improving professional practice ability,to ensure the continuous improvement of the training quality of professional degree graduates.
