摘　　要：国内外大量研究证明,针灸可通过不同的作用机制改善帕金森病(Parkinson′s Disease,PD)的症状,具有显著的有效性和安全性。学者们根据PD发病的不同病因病机特点和现代医学对大脑的认识,与针灸理论相结合,总结出多种针灸治则和选穴处方,如颤三针疗法、岐黄针疗法、三焦针法等。A large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that acupuncture can improve the symptoms of Parkinson′s disease(PD)through different mechanisms of action,with significant efficacy and safety According to the different etiological and pathological characteristics of PD and the understanding of the brain in modern medicine,scholars have integrated acupuncture and moxibustion theories to formulate multiple acupuncture principles and acupoint selection prescriptions,such as Tremor Three-Needle Technique,Qihuang acupuncture therapy,Sanjiao acupuncture,etc.
