摘  要:手术机器人高灵活性、高精度与高重复性等优点已成为医学界共识,其与微创手术相结合被广泛应用于各科领域。眼科手术作为操作难度较大的手术之一,术中尤其需要较高的操作精细度,避免生理性震颤的影响。手术机器人的发展与应用解放了术者的眼与手,可有效提高操作精准性与手术成功率,为眼科显微手术提供新思路。国内外学者对眼科显微手术机器人的研究与应用不断进行探索,虽然取得了突出成就,但仍面临着重大挑战。本文从眼科显微手术机器人的研究进展与临床应用两大方面进行综述,以期为后续工作的开展提供参考。With the advantages of high flexibility,high precision and high repeatability,surgical robots have been widely approved by the medical community,and their combination with minimally invasive surgery has been widely used in various fields.As one of the most difficult operations,high precision is especially required in ophthalmic surgery and physiological tremor should be maximally avoided.The development and application of surgical robots have given surgeons high-definition eyes and precision hands,which can effectively improve the accuracy and success rate of surgery.Ophthalmic microsurgery is also benefited from this progress.Domestic and foreign scholars have continuously explored the research and application of ophthalmic microsurgical robot.Although outstanding achievements have been made,great challenges still facing today.The research progress and clinical application of ophthalmic microsurgical robots were reviewed in this paper,hoping to provide references for the development of related works.
