摘　　要：近年来,我国烟用香料香精自主创新需求不断增加,高水平烟草调香人才的培养尤为重要。对相关核心课程进行改革,推出创新的培养方式,是培养高水平调香人才的有效途径。以香料香精技术与工程专业核心课程“烟草工艺与调香”为例,通过探索思政内容与教育教学方法、专业知识体系的有机融合途径和实施策略,建立烟用调香人才的专业培养新模式,以期为我国高品质烟草香精培养人才和相关专业的发展提供参考。In recent years,the independent innovation needs of flavors for tobacco in China has been increasing,and the cultivation of high-level tobacco flavor talents is particularly important.Reform of the relevant core courses and innovating training methods are effective ways to cultivate high-level flavor talents.Taking the core course Tobacco Technology and Flavoring of the perfume and aroma technology as an example,through exploring the organic integration of the contents of the ideological and political elements,the education and teaching methodology and the professional knowledge system and the implementation strategy,we had established a new mode of professional cultivation of the talents in the field of flavoring of tobacco.It will provide a positive reference for the training of talents of high-quality tobacco flavors and the development of related majors in China.
