摘　　要：目的了解2021年江西省妇幼保健院女性人乳头瘤状病毒(human papillomavirus, HPV)感染的现状及各亚型分布情况,为宫颈癌防治提供科学、即时的临床依据。方法 采用基因分型技术对来江西省妇幼保健院就诊女性患者进行HPV亚型检测。结果接受HPV亚型检测的138 392名女性中,HPV感染28 104例,感染率为20.31%。28种HPV亚型均检出阳性,阳性率排在前3位亚型的分别是52型、 16型、 53型。其中以单一HPV亚型感染为主,占68.73%。将受检女性中以>60岁年龄组的HPV感染率最高,>20-30岁组的HPV感染率最低。结论该院受检女性HPV感染率较高,应加大宣传教育力度,增强女性预防HPV感染的意识,做到及早发现及早治疗,有利于降低宫颈癌的发病率。Objective To understand the prevalence of HPV infection in women in Jiangxi province and the distribution of HPV subtypes,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 138,392 women who received HPV subtype detection in our hospital in 2021 were recruited and HPV subtypes were determined by genotyping.Results Among 138392 subjects,28104 were HPV positive,with prevalence of 20.31%.All 28 HPV subtypes were identified,and the top three were 52,16and 53 subtype.Single HPV subtype infection was predominant,accounting for 68.73%.The highest HPV positive rate of 34.45%was in women aged over 60 years,while the lowest of 17.39%was among those aged 21-30 years.Conclusions The overall HPV infection rate is relatively high among women in Jiangxi Province.Therefore,health education should be strengthened in order to enhance women's awareness of preventing HPV infection.Early detection and treatment for HPV infection is very helpful in reducing the incidence rate of cervical cancer.
