摘  要:光合作用是地球上最大规模的能量物质转换和生物固碳过程,是绝大多数生命生存和发展的物质基础。光反应是光合作用的第一步,其调控机制对于植物的生长至关重要。近年来随着分子生物学、结构生物学等现代学科交叉融合发展,许多经典光反应调控途径的分子元件得以深入解析,多种新的调控机制逐渐浮现。文章简述了光合作用光反应过程,并结合国内外最新成果重点讨论了捕光和电子传递链调控机制。相关研究不仅加深对光合作用的认识,而且对优化植物生长进而解决能源粮食等重要问题具有潜在应用意义。Photosynthesis is the largest energy and mass conversion process on the earth,providing the essential foundation for almost all life.It is also the most significant biological carbon fixation process in the world.As the first step of photosynthesis,light reaction has a crucial effect on plant growth.With the development of modern interdisciplinary integration in recent years,new molecular elements have been identified for some classical regulatory pathways,and several new regulatory mechanisms have emerged.In this paper,we briefly introduce the light reaction of photosynthesis,then discuss the regulation mechanisms of photosynthetic light harvesting and electron transfer process based on the latest research progress.Research on plant light reaction regulation not only deepens the understanding of photosynthesis but also inspires optimizing crop growth to meet the world’s challenge of food and energy shortages.
