摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,秉持以人民为中心的发展思想,推进高质量教育体系建设,促进素质教育发展,实现教育公平并持续实施教育优先发展战略。因此,研究高校体育教师教学能力发展的影响因素,对于高等院校学科建设、专业设置和人才培养都具有重要意义。该文采用文献资料法、因子分析法、数理统计法、分析法,对重庆市高校体育教师教学能力发展的影响因素进行分析,旨在找出当前影响重庆市高校体育教师教学能力发展的原因,为推动重庆市高校体育教师教学高质量发展提供有价值的参考。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to uphold the people-centered development philosophy,promote the construction of a high-quality education system,promote the development of quality education,achieve educational equity and continue to implement the strategy of giving priority to education,so it is of great significance to study the influence factors of the teaching ability development of college physical education teachers to the discipline construction,professional setting and talent training in colleges and universities.In this paper,the literature method,factor analysis method and mathematical statistic analysis method are used to analyze the influence factors of the teaching ability development of college physical education teachers in Chongqing,aiming to find out the current reasons that affect the teaching development ability of college physical education teachers in Chongqing,and provide a valuable reference for promoting the high-quality development of the teaching of college physical education teachers in Chongqing.
