高职院校学生参与体育锻炼的动机与行为研究

摘　　要：该文通过文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法,对高职院校学生参与体育锻炼的动机和行为进行研究,分析了高职院校学生参与体育锻炼的基本情况和学生参与体育锻炼的动机和行为,发现参与体育锻炼活动的人群在每周参与体育锻炼活动的次数、时间、强度及动机等指标上,男生明显高于女生,艺体类的学生明显高于非艺体类的学生,三年级的学生高于一年级和二年级的学生。This article uses research methods such as literature,interviews and questionnaire surveys to study the motivation and behavior of vocational college students participating in physical exercise,and analyzes the basic situation of vocational college students'participation in physical exercise and their motivation and behavior.It finds that among the students who participated in physical exercise activities,in terms of indexes such as the frequency,time,intensity and motivation of participating in physical exercise activities per week,boys were significantly higher than girls,art and sports students were significantly higher than non-art and non-sports students,and that juniors were higher than first-year students and sophomores.
