摘 要:体能是竞技体育的核心与保障,运动员要想提升竞技能力,保持竞技水平,就需要储备充足的体能,特别是高校武术专业套路运动员,基于专项体能角度,展开科学、有针对性、系统的训练,能够全方位提升灵敏、柔韧与力量等身体素质与机能,为有效完成整套武术演练奠定基础。对此,该文对高校武术套路运动员下肢力量训练的相关内容展开了研究分析。Physical fitness is the core and guarantee of competitive sports.In order to improve athletes'competitive ability and maintain their competitive level,they need to reserve sufficient physical fitness.Especially for college professional Wushu routine athletes,scientific,targeted and systematic training based on the perspective of special physical fitness can improve their physical fitness and functions such as sensitivity,flexibility and strength in an all-round way,and lay the foundation for effectively completing the entire set of Wushu drill,Therefore,this article conducts the research and analysis of the relevant content of the lower limb strength training of college Wushu routine athletes.
