摘　　要：随着人们物质水平的提高,健康问题受到越来越多的关注。其中,各种口腔疾病的发病率逐年上升,传统的治疗方法很难将其根治,这已成为公共卫生难题。研究表明,牙周炎、龋齿等常见病症与口腔致病菌的过度繁殖有关,许多口腔疾病的根源是口腔微生态平衡失调。益生菌是一类寄生在宿主体内并对宿主身体健康产生积极影响的微生物。研究表明,益生菌可以调节口腔微生态平衡。基于现有案例,本文综述了益生菌与口腔微生态的关系、益生菌的多种益生机制、益生菌在口腔的积极作用及益生菌应用的现存问题,并对益生菌的应用前景进行展望。With the improvement of people's material level,health problems have received more and more attention.Among them,the incidence of various oral diseases is increasing year by year,and traditional treatment methods are difficult to cure them,which has become a public health problem.Studies have shown that periodontitis,dental caries and other common diseases are related to the excessive reproduction of oral pathogens,and the root cause of many oral diseases is the imbalance of oral microecology.Probiotics are a kind of microorganisms that live in the host and have a positive effect on the host's health.Studies have shown that probiotics can regulate the oral microecological balance.Based on existing cases,this article summarizes the relationship between probiotics and oral microecology,various probiotic mechanisms,positive effect of probiotics in oral cavity and the existing problems in the application of probiotics,and looked forward to the application prospect of probiotics.
