摘　　要：心神、君火、相火是中医学理论体系中的重要概念,三者之间存在着一种以心神为主宰,君火为承载,相火为辅佐的人体调控机制。心神、君火、相火的失调是导致肿瘤发生的主要原因。在心神不利,君火不明,相火失位的共同作用下,受到心神全面掌控的正常组织开始向完全脱离心神掌控的恶性肿瘤组织发生转变。文章基于心神、君火、相火理论,分析恶性肿瘤形成的中医病机演变过程,探索恶性肿瘤的中医本质,为中医药辨证治疗恶性肿瘤提供思路及参考依据。Heart and spirit,sovereign fire,and ministerial fire are important concepts in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).They constitute a regulation mechanism in a human body,which is dominated by heart and spirit,maintained by sovereign fire,and supported by ministerial fire.The imbalance of the three aspects is the main reason for the occurrence of tumors.Under the combined effect of disordered heart and spirit,weaker sovereign fire and malfunctioned ministerial fire,normal tissues set about transforming into malignant tumor tissues that are completely out of control of heart and spirit.This article analyzes the evolution process of TCM pathogenesis of malignant tumors,explores the essence of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas and a reference basis for the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
