教师教育类课程融入思政元素教学实践与探索——以班级管理课程为例

摘  要:立德树人是课程思政的价值追求,也是教师教育类课程应秉持的基本理念,班主任工作的性质与意义赋予了班级管理课程丰富的思政育人价值。以师范生毕业要求为导向,班级管理课程融入思政元素的目标设计指向三个方面:立德树人、关键品格和综合育人。用案例分析进行价值渗透设计教学内容,从触动认知的典型案例和发人警醒的反例事件两个方面深入挖掘思政育人元素;以唤醒学生自我为目标,构建“驱动-促成-评价-反思”四位一体的教学模式;以评促学,拓展课程思政育人空间,深化班级管理课程融入思政元素教学改革。Fostering virtue is the value pursuit of curriculum ideology and politics,and it is also the basic idea of teacher education courses for normal university students.The nature and significance of class teacher's work have endowed class management with rich ideological and political education value.Guided by the graduation requirements of normal university students,the ideological and political objectives of class management point to three aspects:moral cultivation,key character and comprehensive education;Case analysis is used to carry out value penetration,from the typical cases that arouse cognition and the counter-example events that arouse people's alarm to dig deeply the elements of ideological and political education;With the goal of awakening students'self,a four-in-one teaching model of driving-enablement-evaluation-reflection is constructed;Promote learning by evaluation,expand the space of ideological and political education,and deepen the ideological and political teaching reform of class management.
