摘　　要：在新工科背景下,高校的应用化学专业要适应国家标准化战略和产业高质量发展的需求,教育的关键是培养出高质量应用化学人才。以福建师范大学基于产教融合、协调创新的育人理念,同时以产业需求建专业,以技术发展定内容,以校内外资源创条件,以学生志趣变方法四位一体的培养模式为例,积极探索新工科背景下应用化学专业人才的培养模式,为高校应用化学人才培养提供新思路。In the new development trend of engineering,in order to meet the needs of national standardization strategy and the need of high-quality industrial development,cultivating high-quality applied chemistry talents is the key to university education.This article taking Fujian Normal University as an example,which faced with the integration of industry and education,and coordinated innovation and it is vital to design curriculum in accordance with industrial needs,decide on the teaching content consistent with technological development,provide learning situations according to the resources on and out of campus and chossen training methods regarding students interests,explores the training mode of applied chemistry talents in the new development trend of engineering,and provides new ideas for cultivating applied chemistry talents in colleges and universities.
