摘　　要：目的探讨眶隔瓣翻转向下嵌插在切口下唇真皮与睑板之间且无需内固定的仿生重睑术的临床效果。方法2021年2月至2023年2月,对就诊于郑州市第三人民医院的80例患者(男3例,女77例,年龄18~45岁),采用眶隔瓣翻转向下嵌插在切口下唇真皮与睑板之间,与真皮呈面状粘连,且无需内固定,仿照生理性力学传导形成重睑。观察其临床效果。结果本组80例,160只眼,均于术后6~7d拆线,重睑形态及眼睑闭合良好,随访3个月至2年,外形自然,无眼睑闭合不全,无上睑退缩,无睁眼无力。68例达到满意效果,9例为基本满意,3例为不满意,满意率为85%。结论眶隔瓣翻转向下嵌插在切口下唇真皮与睑板之间且无需内固定的仿生重睑术具有重睑效果稳定、力学传导形成接近生理性重睑、动态形状自然逼真等优势,具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bionic double eyelid surgery with orbital septum inverted and inserted downward between the lower lip dermis and the tarsal plate without internal fixation.Methods From February 2021 to February 2023,80 patients(3 males and 77 females,aged 18-45 years)admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou were treated with the orbital septal flap inverted and inserted downward between the incision of the lower lip dermis and the tarsal plate.Facial adhesion to the dermis was performed without internal fixation,and the double eyelid was formed by physiologic mechanical conduction.Observe its clinical effect.Results In this group of 80 cases,160 eyes,suture removal 6~7 days after surgery,double eyelid shape and eyelid closure was good,follow-up for 3 months to 2 years,the appearance of natural,no eyelid closure,no supreme eyelid retraction,no weakness of eye opening.68 cases achieved satisfactory results,9 cases were basically satisfied,3 cases were not satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 85%.Conclusion Bionic double eyelid surgery with orbital septum inverted and inserted downward between the incision of the lower lip dermis and the tarsal plate without internal fixation has advantages of stable double eyelid effect,mechanical conduction formation close to the physiologic double eyelid,natural and realistic dynamic shape,and has good clinical application effect.
