儿童角膜裂伤术后配戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察儿童角膜裂伤后配戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)的疗效。方法选择2015年7月~2017年2月期间于我院行角膜裂伤缝合术后3个月的儿童28例28眼,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组配戴RGP,对照组常规配戴框架眼镜,比较两组最佳矫正视力。结果与对照组相比,观察组最佳矫正视力明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童角膜裂伤术后配戴RGP后能达到最佳矫正视力和更好的视觉质量。Objective To observe the effect of rigid gas permeable contact lens(RGP)on the children of postperative corneal laceration.Methods 28 children(28 eyes)who underwent corneal laceration suture at least 3 month from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group wearing RGP and the control group wearing frame glasses,the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the best corrected visual acuity has an average increas when wearing RGP.And the diffrence was statistically signicant(P<0.01).Conclusion Wearing RGP could improve the best corrected visual acuity and visual quality in postperative corneal laceration of children.
