摘 要:蔬菜种子病害对经济收益及民众健康的危害呈现出愈演愈烈之势,必须引起高度重视。在种子病害通用分类的基础上,指出传染性病害中的真菌性病害、细菌性病害和病毒性病害及对应蔬菜种子病害的主要性状及其传播途径。为此,分类论述了其病原机理、主要特征、危害方式等,并在此基础上详细介绍了以分子生物学检测、光谱检测技术、机器视觉检测技术、纳米孔检测技术等为代表的蔬菜种子病害识别研究的发展现状、应用范围及技术特征,尤其着重介绍了近年来基于机器视觉的人工智能识别方案,该方法简单易行、快速灵活且可塑性突出,并同时对各项检测技术存在的问题进行了分析,以期推进蔬菜种子病害识别技术的广泛应用与新技术的传播。Vegetable seed infections pose an increasing risk to economic viability and public health,thus they require immediate attention.Based on the broad classification of seed diseases,this article highlights the key characteristics of fungal,bacterial,and viral infectious diseases and associated vegetable seed diseases,as well as their modes of transmission.To this end,the essay analyzes their primary characteristics,damaging modes,and pathogenic mechanisms,etc.On this foundation,it describes in detail the development status,application domain,and technical features of vegetable seed disease identification research represented by molecular biology detection,spectral detection,machine vision-based detection,nanopore detection,etc.It then focuses in particular on the artificial intelligence identification program based on machine vision in recent years,which is easy,quick,flexible,and simple.In addition,the drawbacks of each detection method are examined in order to encourage the widespread adoption and dissemination of novel techniques for identifying vegetable seed diseases through the evaluation of this study.
