摘  要:以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以木纤维为基体材料,采用热压工艺制备复合纤维板,研究玻璃纤维长度、玻璃纤维添加量和钛酸酯偶联剂(CS-401)添加量对复合纤维板力学性能的影响。结果表明:(1)静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)和内结合强度(IB)均随玻璃纤维长度、玻璃纤维添加量和偶联剂添加量增加呈先增大后减小变化。(2)玻璃纤维长度对MOR和MOE影响显著,对IB影响非常显著;玻璃纤维添加量对MOR影响显著;偶联剂添加量对力学特性影响均不显著;最优工艺条件玻璃纤维长度2 cm,玻璃纤维添加量2%,偶联剂添加量3%,该工艺下制备的板材MOR为7.01 MPa、MOE为1780 MPa、IB为0.198 MPa。(3)玻璃纤维在纤维板中以插层结构存在,偶联剂可改变玻璃纤维表面结构并增强润湿性,从而提升物理力学特性,环境变化会降低该材料力学性质。通过添加玻璃纤维和使用偶联剂可增强中密度纤维板物理力学特性。In this paper,medium density fiberboard(MDF)was prepared by hot pressing with glass fiber as reinforcing material and wood fiber as matrix material.The physical and mechanical properties of MDF were researched by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that:(1)static bending strength(MOR),elastic Modulus(MOE)and internal bond strength(IB)increased at first and then decreased with the length of glass fiber,the amount of glass fiber and coupling agent.(2)the length of glass fiber had a significant effect on MOR and MOE,had a very significant effect on IB;the amount of glass fiber had a significant effect on MOR,coupling agent had no significant effect on mechanical properties;the MOR,MOE and IB were 7.01 MPa,1780 MPa and 0.198 MPa,when the glass fiber length was 2cm,the content of glass fiber was 2%and the content of coupling agent was 3%.(3)glass fiber existed as intercalation structure in fiberboard,coupling agent can changed the surface structure of glass fiber and enhance the wettability,so as to improved the physical and mechanical properties.The physical and mechanical properties of MDF can be increased by adding glass fiber and coupling agent.
