摘  要:针对竹林场集材运输作业机械化程度低、成本高、运输效率低下等问题,设计一种竹材索道集材运输装备,主要包括移动底盘系统、卷扬动力系统、索道-跑车运输系统、林间牵引集材系统。阐述装备的运行原理,重点对卷扬动力系统的动力机构进行设计与分析。通过SolidWorks对卷扬机进行三维建模,使用有限元分析软件Abaqus对承载卷筒进行静力学分析,得到在卷扬机工作过程中卷筒受最大工作载荷时应力应变云图,验证卷扬动力机构结构设计的合理性。Aiming at the problems of low mechanization,high cost and low transportation efficiency of skidding transportation in bamboo forest farm,a kind of skidding transportation equipment of bamboo cableway was designed,which mainly included mobile chassis system,winch power system,cableway-sports car transportation system and forest traction skidding system.The operation principle of the equipment was expounded,and the design and analysis of the power mechanism of winch power system were emphasized.SolidWorks was used to build a three-dimensional model of the winch,and finite element analysis software Abaqus was used to carry out static analysis on the load-bearing drum.The stress and strain cloud diagram of the winch under the maximum working load in the working process was obtained,which verified the rationality of the structure design of the hoisting power mechanism.
