板式家具板件数控钻孔中心设备设计与改进

摘　　要：板式家具板件钻孔质量的好坏直接决定板式家具的质量,针对现有板式家具部件数控钻孔中心的吸尘装置不能完全吸干净钻孔或铣削加工产生的木削和粉尘问题,从实际需求出发,对数控钻孔中心设备的抓手装置、除尘装置和推板装置进行设计和改进,改进的数控钻孔中心设备可提高板式家具部件的钻孔精度和钻孔效率。As drilling quality of panels determines overall quality of panel furniture,the redesigned and modified CNC drilling machine is aimed to improve the drilling precision and efficiency of panels.As for present process on panels,the dust suction device of CNC drilling machine cannot remove dusts and chips produced during drilling or milling completely,resulting in a few of them falling on the upper surface of the panel.When panel-clamping position is replaced,clamps cannot clamp the panel tightly or damage the panel for dusts exist at the clamping position,thus causing poor process precision and panel damage.Based on actual demands,this research conducts redesign and modification on the CNC drilling machine.The design of clamps is to prevent collision between workpiece and lower clamps during panel placement and reduce friction between workpiece and worktable,so as to avoid panel scratch and improve drilling quality.As for the design of dust-removal blow device,it’s used to ensure dusts or chips be completely cleaned off by existing dust suction device,in case that some of them fall on the upper surface of workpiece and cause poor process precision as well as panel damage because of loose panel clamp and panel scratch.Moreover,characterized by simple design and lower cost,the dust-removal blow device can make use of residual gas,which combines panel clamp with air blow without extra air blow device.The design of panel pusher adds the function of panel pushing.After clamps loosen the workpiece,cylinder for panel pusher will drive the workpiece away from clamps,making the workpiece reach brushes of conveyor totally.
