摘　　要：“六位一体”医养结合养老服务是一项系统工程,基于系统思维构建“六位一体”医养结合养老服务是“善用医养结合养老服务”的题中应有之义。“六位一体”医养结合养老服务集医疗、养老、康复、护理、体育、智能于一体。该模式诸要素相互作用与相互耦合构成结构合理、功能有效的大系统。因此其具有鲜明的整体性、耦合性、动态性的特征。立足“老有所养,老有所医”的养老服务发展观,整合多种资源,构建“六位一体”医养结合养老服务模式,并将其应用于实践。The"six-in-one"medical and nursing service is a systematic project that embodies the essence of making good use of the medical and nursing service based on systematic theory.This service model integrates medical care,elderly care,re-habilitation,nursing,exercise,and intelligence into a cohesive system.The elements of this model interact to form a large system that is structurally sound and functionally effective.Therefore,the model is characterized by its distinct wholeness,coupling,and dynamism.Grounded in the elderly care development philosophy of ensuring that the elderly are well cared for and have access to medical services,this model integrates various resources to construct the"six-in-one"medical and nursing service,which was applied in practice.
