摘　　要：档案管理是医院各项管理工作的重要组成部分。医院档案信息记录着医院某一时期内发展运行等各方面情况,做好医院档案管理工作能够帮助医院领导层了解医院综合发展情况及未来发展趋势,为医院发展决策提供依据。随着信息化社会的发展,医院档案信息量剧增且呈现出愈加复杂的形式,传统档案管理方式亟须转型。本文主要对医院档案信息化管理的优势与现状加以分析,并在此基础上探讨相应优化对策,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。Archive management is an important part among various management work of the hospital.Hospital archive information records the development and operation of the hospital in a certain period of time,and performing well in hospital archive management can help the hospital leadership understand the comprehensive development and the future development trend of the hospital,and provide a basis for hospital development decisions.With the development of the informatization society,the amount of hospital archive information will increase dramatically and present an increasingly complex form,and the traditional archive management method needs to be transformed urgently.This paper mainly analyzes the advantages and current situation of hospital archive informatization management,and accordingly discusses the corresponding optimization countermeasures,so as to provide reference for relevant staff.
