摘　　要：实践教学是应用型学科必不可少的教学环节,产学研协同育人有效整合教育、科研等资源协同培养人才。福建师范大学应用化学专业以产学研项目为支撑,开展了建设校内实践教学平台、建立产学研实践教学基地等改革措施。在改革后的实践教学支持下,学生的综合运用能力、实践能力、创新意识有了明显的提高;培养的学生与企业需求直接对接,实现校企双赢。Practical teaching is an essential teaching link for applied disciplines,and collaborative education of industry-university-research effectively integrates resources such as education and scientific research to collaborate and cultivate talents.The applied chemistry major of Fujian Normal University is supported by industry-universityresearch projects,with reform measures such as built campus practical teaching platforms and established practical teaching bases.With the support of practical teaching after the reform,students’comprehensive application,practical ability,innovative thinking have been significantly improved.Students directly connected with the needs of enterprises should be cultivated to achieve a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises.
