摘  要:在保证涂层品质和性能的基础上,为有效降低电弧喷涂丝材的成本,利用电镀技术在锌铝合金丝材上依次电镀纯铜和不同厚度的镍层,再通过电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢表面制备了Zn-Al-Ni-Cu复合涂层,并与传统Zn85Al15和Ni95Al5丝材制备的涂层进行性能对比。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了丝材的微观结构和各涂层的物相组成、元素成分及表面形貌。结果表明:合金丝材上镀层的结合力较强,镀层与基体的界面无明显的孔洞。以电镀镍的Zn Al丝材制备的涂层主要包含Zn相、Al相及其两相组成物,其中Zn、Al两相组成物的X射线衍射峰较ZnAl涂层有所增强。考察各涂层的摩擦磨损性能、电化学性能和耐中性盐雾性能后发现,相较于Ni Al和Zn Al涂层,Zn-Al-Ni-Cu复合涂层的摩擦因数更小,耐海水和耐盐雾腐蚀性能更优异。To ensure the quality and performance of arc-sprayed coatings and reduce the cost of metal wires,Zn-Al alloy wires were electroplated successively with a copper strike and a nickel layer of different thicknesses,and then used to form Zn-Al-Ni-Cu composite coatings on the surface of Q235 steel by arc spraying technology.The properties of the Zn-Al-Ni-Cu composite coatings were compared with those arc-sprayed with the conventional Zn85Al15 and Ni95Al5 wires.The microstructures of the electroplated wires,as well as the phase constitutions,element compositions,and surface morphologies of the arc-sprayed coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the electroplated coatings had strong adhesion on the alloy wire,and no obvious holes were observed at the coating/substrate interface.The coating prepared with a nickel-coated ZnAl wire is mainly composed of Zn phase,Al phase,and their compounds.The X-ray diffraction peaks of Zn-Al compounds in Zn-Al-Ni-Cu composite coatings were enhanced as compared with those in the ZnAl coating.The friction and wear behavior,electrochemical properties,and neutral salt spray resistance of the coatings were studied.As compared with NiAl and ZnAl coatings,Zn-Al-Ni-Cu composite coatings had a lower friction factor and better resistance to seawater and salt spray corrosion.
