摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化发展,市场竞争不断加剧,传统的成本管理模式已经不能满足现今的经济发展需求,企业需要从根本上改变成本管理模式,以获得长远发展。以G航天电器为例,概述了成本管理的相关内容,分析了其成本管理应用现状,提出了基于价值链分析的成本管理优化措施。With the development of global economic integration and intensified market competition,traditional cost management models no longer meet the requirements of today's economic development,and enterprises need to fundamentally change the cost management model to achieve long-term development.Taking G Aerospace Electronics as an example,this paper summarizes the relevant content of cost management,analyzes the current application status of cost management,and proposes cost management optimization measures based on value chain analysis.
