摘  要:该文探讨了自由式摔跤运动员体能训练的新思路和新路径。该文详细讨论了新的体能训练思路,其中包含专项体能训练法、专项力量训练法和专项耐久力训练法。这些方法突出了为提升比赛成绩而进行的科学、有目的的训练。然后,该文探索了新的体能训练路径,即优化训练的方法。这个新路径聚焦于如何结合传统训练方法和现代科技手段,提升训练效率和运动员的综合体能。该文的研究表明,新思路和新路径的应用能够显著提高自由式摔跤运动员的体能训练效果。希望这些具有创新性的体能训练方法有助于推动自由式摔跤运动的发展,提升运动员的竞技表现。This article explores new ideas and new paths for the physical fitness training of freestyle wrestlers.This article detailedly discusses new ideas for physical fitness training,including special physical fitness training methods,special strength training methods and special endurance training methods,and these methods highlight the scientific and purposeful training to improve competition performance.Then,this article explores the new path for physical fitness training,that is,optimizing training methods,and this new path focuses on the combination with traditional training methods with modern technological means,so as to improve training efficiency and the overall physical fitness of wrestlers.The research in this article indicates that the application of new ideas and new paths can significantly improve the physical training effectiveness of freestyle wrestlers,hoping to promote the development of freestyle wrestling and enhance wrestlers'competitive performance through these innovative physical training methods.
