摘 要:针对散货船传统水尺计重中存在准确度低、工作强度大、安全性无法保障等问题,根据激光雷达避障、卡尔曼滤波器、图像传输等技术和原理,结合港口实际情况,研制水尺计重所用无人船,选择某国际散货船进行10船次无人船和传统人工目测水尺对比试验,试验结果表明,该无人船设计符合水尺计重精度要求,可大幅提升工作效率。In order to solve the problems of low accuracy,high working intensity and no guarantee of safety in the traditional draft survey for bulk carriers,based on the technologies and principles of laser obstacle avoidance,Kalman filter operation,image transmission,etc.,combining with the actual situation of the port,an unmanned boat for draft survey was developed.An ocean-going bulk carrier was selected to conduct a verification test by comparing the draft survey results from 10 times of unmanned ships with those of traditional visual inspection method.The test showed that the designed unmanned boat can meet the accuracy requirements of draft survey and improve the working efficiency.
