摘 要:目的探究动态增强磁共振成像定量参数预测和评估鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤化疗效果。方法选取本院2019年5月~2022年8月期间收治的50例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者视为研究对象,均开展磁共振动态增强诊断,统计恶性肿瘤患者的TIC分型结果、磁共振动态增强的诊断效能、常规MRI影像学表现。结果TIC分型结果显示:流出型患者18例,占比为36.00%:平台型患者28例,占比为56.00%:上升型患者4例,占比为8.00%:P<0.05;磁共振动态增强诊断显示:Kep与AUC最大,Kep与Ktrans存在最佳诊断效能,敏感度是78.72%,Kep特异度为86.00%。结论临床针对鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤患者开展及时有效的磁共振动态增强扫描检查,可进一步对恶性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断,且磁共振动态增强扫描技术的诊断效能较好,建议临床不断深入研究与借鉴。Objective To explore the quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging to predict and evaluate the effect of chemotherapy on malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods Fifty patients with malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and dynamic enhanced MRI diagnosis was carried out,and the results of TIC classification and dynamic magnetic resonance imaging of malignant tumor patients were counted.Enhanced diagnostic performance,conventional MRI imaging findings.Results The results of TIC classification showed:18 patients with outflow type,accounting for 36.00%;28 patients with plateau type,accounting for 56.00%;4 patients with ascending type,accounting for 8.00%:P<0.05;Dynamic enhanced diagnosis showed that Kep and AUC were the largest,Kep and Ktrans had the best diagnostic performance,the sensitivity was 78.72%,and the specificity of Kep was 86.00%.Conclision The timely and effective dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scanning examination for patients with nasal cavity and paranasal sinus tumors can further differentiate the malignant tumors,and the diagnostic efficiency of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scanning technology is good.It is recommended to continue further clinical research and reference.
