上颌窦穿刺术联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗慢性上颌窦炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析上颌窦穿刺冲洗联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗慢性上颌窦炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2021年1月到2022年12月期间门诊就诊的86例患者,将86例慢性上颌窦炎患者采用随机平行试验设计,分为实验组43例和对照组43例,实验组在鼻腔黏膜表面麻醉下行上颌窦穿刺,用0.9%氯化钠溶液加甲硝唑注射液反复冲洗后,窦腔内注入地塞米松5 mg,每周一次;15 d为一个疗程.布地奈德鼻喷剂,1次1喷,每日1次,15 d为一个疗程。对照组:布地奈德鼻喷剂,1次1喷,每日1次,15 d为一个疗程。治疗结束后每月复查1次。6个月后进行疗效评定,结果治疗组总有效率91%。对照组总有效率68%。两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论上颌窦穿刺术联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗慢性上颌窦炎治疗疗效可靠。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of maxillary sinus puncture irrigation combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of chronic maxillary sinusitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with outpatient visits from January 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled,and 86 patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis were randomly divided into 43 patients in the experimental group and 43 cases in the control group,and the maxillary sinus puncture was performed under anesthesia on the nasal mucosal surface,and after repeated rinsing with 0.9%sodium chloride solution plus metronidazole injection,dexamethasone 5 mg was injected into the sinus cavity once a week.15 days for a course of treatment.Budesonide nasal spray,1 spray once a day,15 days as a course of treatment.Results Budesonide nasal spray,1 spray once a day,15 days as a course of treatment.After the end of treatment,the review is repeated once a month.After 6 months,the efficacy was evaluated,and the total response rate of the treatment group was 92%.The total effective rate of the control group was 71.8%.There was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxillary sinus puncture combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of chronic maxillary sinusitis is reliable.
