摘　　要：加快形成新质生产力,增强新发展动能是习近平总书记在经济高质量发展领域提出的最新指示,对经济理论和发展实践具有重要的引领意义。本文扩展延伸了经典生产力的经济学理论,对新质生产力的解释框架进行重构,建立了“二向三元四维”的解释框架,以此厘清逻辑维度、剖析主体构成、明确内涵外延。同时,在此基础上,从生产目标、生产主体、生产客体、生产环境四个方面对新质生产力的主体架构进行了阐释,廓清了新质生产力发展的核心方向,进而从完善新质生产力的制度体系,鼓励支持市场主体提升新质生产力的增长动能,提升新质生产力与经典生产力的共同融合等多个角度,提出了当前和未来阶段的现实途径。Accelerating the formation of new quality productivity and enhancing new developmental momentum is the latest directive proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the field of high-quality economic development,which holds significant guiding significance for economic theory and development practice.This study expands and extends the economic theory of classic productivity,reconstructs the explanatory framework for new quality productivity,and establishes a“dual-totriple,tetra-dimensional”explanatory framework,clarifying the logical dimension,dissecting the subject composition,and defining the connotation and extension.Based on this,the subject structure of new quality productivity is expounded from the aspects of production objectives,production subjects,production objects,and production environment,elucidating the core direction of the development of new quality productivity,and then proposing practical approaches to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity in the current and future stages from multiple perspectives.
