摘　　要：数字技术融入非遗保护传承全过程,重塑了保存模式,重构了传播场景,创新了产业形态,拓展了传播渠道。但这一进程也可能导致文化内核保护与数字技术创新利用、生产性保护与供需两端数字化发展、主体权益保护与市场公平竞争秩序维护等关系的失衡。为此,需要构建非遗保护传承的数字化知识体系,创新参与式的数字化保护传承模式,完善非遗保护中数字权益的均衡机制,强化非遗数字共同体的建设,以确保非遗的独特性和多样性得以延续。The integration of digital technology into the entire process of the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage has reshaped the preservation mode,reconstructed the dissemination scene,innovated the industrial form,and expanded the dissemination channels.However,this process may also lead to imbalances in the relationship between the protection of cultural core and digital technology innovation and utilization,productive protection and digital development at both supply and demand ends,protection of subject rights and the maintenance of fair market competition order.To this end,it is necessary to build a digital knowledge system for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,innovate participatory digital protection and inheritance models,improve the balance mechanism of digital rights in intangible cultural heritage protection,strengthen the construction of intangible cultural heritage digital communities,in order to ensure the continuity of the uniqueness and diversity of intangible cultural heritage.
