摘 要:积极推进铁路参与全程物流发展有利于进一步优化调整运输结构、提升综合运输效率、降低社会物流成本、促进社会节能减排,尽管铁路部门进行了政企改革,我国铁路仍然存在承担货物的运输比例较低、竞争力不足等问题。因此,概述我国目前货运发展现状,从铁路、公路、水路、航空等各运输方式优劣势进行对比分析,深度挖掘铁路在参与全程物流发展存在的各类问题,在改善铁路设备设施、提高铁路运输时效、降低铁路运输价格、增强客户服务意识、完善法规标准建设等方面提出明确意见建议,对推动铁路货运积极参与全程物流发展、加快向现代物流转变具有重要意义。Actively promoting the participation of railways in the whole logistics development is conducive to further optimizing and adjusting the transportation structure,improving comprehensive transportation efficiency,reducing social logistics costs,and promoting social energy conservation and emission reduction.Although the railway sector has carried out government and enterprise reforms,my country's railways still undertake the transportation of goods.Low ratio and lack of competitiveness.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current development status of freight transportation in my country,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of railways,highways,waterways,aviation and other transportation modes,and deeply excavates various problems existing in the development of railways in the whole process of logistics development.It is of great significance to promote railway freight to actively participate in the development of whole-process logistics and accelerate the transformation to modern logistics.
