日本老龄交通经验分析及对我国的启示

摘　　要：日本是世界老龄化最严重的国家之一,城市化进程高,在应对老龄社会方面有着国家战略。研究其老龄社会城市交通应对措施,有助于我国城市交通的适老化建设。本文针对日本老龄社会背景下,城市交通现状和面临困境以及日本政府采取的应对措施进行梳理和分析,总结日本老龄交通政策成效与经验,为我国城市交通适老化建设与发展提出了建议。Japan is one of the most severely ageing countries in the world,with high urbanisation and a national strategy for coping with an ageing society.The study of its urban transport response measures for an ageing society will contribute to the ageing-friendly construction of urban transport in China.The article compares and analyses the current situation and dilemmas faced by urban transport in the context of Japan's ageing society,as well as the countermeasures taken by the Japanese government,summarises the effectiveness and experience of Japan's ageing transport policies,and makes suggestions for the ageing-friendly construction and development of urban transport in China.
