摘　　要：秦皮(Cortex fraxini)是常见的药食同源的天然植物产物,在预防及治疗疾病等方面有着重要的影响,其活性成分秦皮甲素(Esculin)具有抗炎,抗氧化,抗肿瘤,降高尿酸及利尿等多方面明显的药理活性作用。秦皮甲素的提取方法包括回流法、液固萃取法、超声提取法和微波提取法等。分离纯化方法有大孔树脂吸附法等。本文对秦皮甲素的提取分离、纯化以及其多种药理活性的国内外研究进展展开论述,旨在为秦皮甲素的深入研究及充分开发利用等方面提供理论基础。Co rtex fraxini is a common natural plant product with homology between medicine and food.It plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases.Its active ingredient Esculin has obvious pharmacological activities in the aspects of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,lowering high uric acid and diuresis.The extraction methods include reflux,liquid-solid extraction,ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction.The separation and purification methods include macroporous resin adsorption.In this paper,the extraction,purification and pharmacological activities of Esculin were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further study and full exploitation of Esculin.
