摘　　要：抑郁症(major depressive disorder,MDD)是一种以持久的心境低落为主要临床特征的精神疾病,具有高发病率、高自杀率和高病死率的特点,其中对至少2种类型抗抑郁药治疗无效的为难治性抑郁症(treatment-resistant depression,TRD)。Theta脉冲刺激(theta burst stimulation,TBS),又称theta暴发式磁刺激,是一种非侵入性的物理治疗,包括间歇性TBS(intermittent TBS,iTBS)和连续性TBS(connectivity TBS,cTBS)。其中iTBS在TRD患者中具有良好的抗抑郁疗效,能有效改善其抑郁情绪。因此,本文将围绕iTBS在TRD中的临床应用及相关机制进行综述,以期为TBS治疗抑郁症提供临床指导和理论支持。Depression is a psychiatric disorder characterized by persistent depressed mood with high morbidity,suicidality,and mortality,in which treatment-resistant depression(TRD)is characterized by ineffective treatment with at least two types of antidepressants.Burst Stimulation(TBS),also known as theta burst stimulation(TBS),is a non-invasive physical therapy that includes intermittent TBS(iTBS)and continuous TBS(cTBS).Among them,iTBS has good antidepressant efficacy in TRD patients and can effectively improve their depressive mood.Therefore,this article will review the clinical application and related mechanisms of iTBS in TRD,to provide clinical guidance and theoretical support for TBS in treating of depression.
