摘　　要：教育科学研究(以下简称“教育科研”)是教育事业的重要组成部分,对教育改革发展具有重要的支撑、驱动和引领作用。分析了产教融合背景下高校教育科研的重要意义,阐析了当前高校教育科研管理体制存在的问题,并从优化机构组成、加强队伍建设,健全管理制度、构建制度体系,完善运行机制、形成良性循环,强化激励措施、激发内生动力等方面探索了产教融合背景下高校教育科研管理体制改革的对策,以期更好地发挥教育科研作用,促进产教深度融合,培养更多现代化建设人才。Educational science research is an important part of education as well as in supporting,driving,and leading the reform and development of education.This paper analyzes the significance of college education and science research under the background of the integration of production and education and explains the existing problems in the current management system of college education and science research.From optimizing the organizational composition,strengthening the construction of the team,perfecting the management system,constructing the system,perfecting the operation mechanism,forming a virtuous cycle,strengthening the incentive measures,stimulating the internal power,and so on,it explores the countermeasures for the reform of the management system of higher education and science research under the background of the production-education integration.In order to play the role of education and scientific research better,promote the deep integration of production and education,and cultivate more talents for modernization.
