文化自信视角下历史城区保护利用研究——以西安为例

摘　　要：历史城区是城市和区域文化的核心载体,承载着丰富的历史信息和价值,同时具有满足城市建设发展的需求。保护历史城区必须以文化自信为导向,保护其外在物质形态。文章重点探讨在文化自信视角下如何保护利用历史城区,从三个视角辨析文化自信与历史城区保护利用的关系。文章以西安历史城区为例,提出五方面的保护利用策略,从而彰显历史城区的价值,焕发城区活力,树立特色鲜明的城市文化形象,坚定文化自信。Historicaldistrictisthe core carriers of urban and regional culture,carries rich historical information and value,and also meets the needs of urban construction and development.Protecting historical district must be guided by cultural confidence and protect their external material forms.This paper explores how to protect and utilize historical areas from the perspective of cultural confidence.It analyzes the relationship between cultural confidence and the protection and utilization of historical areas from three perspectives.Taking the historicaldistrict of Xi’an as an example,five protection and utilization strategies are proposed to highlight the value of the historical district,to revitalize the urban area,to establish a distinctive urban cultural image,and to strengthen cultural confidence.
