摘　　要：劳动是人类创造价值,改造世界的基础。加强纺织服装类专业学生的劳动教育是适应纺织服装行业新发展的必然要求,是实现纺织服装类专业学生全面发展的重要战略举措。现阶段,纺织服装专业学生劳动教育存在培养目标不明确、课程体系不完善、考核指标不明确等问题。通过完善劳动教育课程体系建设,加强劳动教育师资队伍建设,创新劳动教育方法路径,拓展劳动教育实践平台,优化劳动教育考核评价体系,共同发挥纺织服装专业劳动教育整体育人成效,为纺织服装行业转型升级提供人才助力。Labor is the foundation for mankind to create value and transform the world.Strengthening the labor education for students is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the new development of the textile and clothing industry,and is an important strategic measure to realize the all-round development of students.At this stage,there are problems in the labor education of textile and clothing major students,such as unclear training objectives,imperfect curriculum system,and unclear assessment indicators.By improving the construction of labor education curriculum system,strengthening the construction of labor education teachers,innovating labor education methods,expanding labor education practice platforms,and optimizing labor education assessment and evaluation system,the effectiveness of labor education was achieved to provide talent assistance for the transformation and upgrading of the textile and clothing industry.
