摘　　要：通过实时获取选煤厂洗选设备的状态数据(温度、振动、电流),实现对设备的运行状态实时监测,并对实时采集的原始数据进行清洗存储和特征提取,同时建立设备的机理模型及故障知识库,并使用故障预测模型定时对设备的特征数据进行预测分析,在发现设备状态异常时,通过知识库给出故障原因及维修建议,从而可提前发现设备故障,实现预测性维护,提高设备的运维水平。This paper mainly obtains the status data(temperature,vibration,current)of the washing equipment of the coal preparation plant in real time,and real-time monitoring of the operating status of the equipment,cleans and stores the real-time collected data,establishes the mechanism model and fault knowledge base of the equipment,regularly predicts and analyzes the status data of the equipment through the mechanism model,finds the abnormal state of the equipment,gives the cause of the fault and maintenance suggestions through the knowledge base,so as to improve the operation and maintenance level of the equipment.
