摘 要:【目的】研究不同茶树品种新梢高氮磷钾含量形成的机制和不同茶树品种根际土壤养分含量及细菌群落多样性的差异,揭示不同茶树品种新梢高氮磷钾含量与其根际土壤养分含量及细菌群落多样性的关系,为优化茶叶种植生产提供理论支撑。【方法】选择不同茶树品种,测定其新梢氮磷钾含量,结合16S rDNA高通量测序技术分析不同茶树品种的根际土壤理化性质及细菌群落多样性的差异,并对其做相关性分析。【结果】不同茶树品种新梢氮磷钾含量差异较大,氮含量高的茶树品种根际土壤的pH、有机质、全氮、水解性氮含量均较高,磷含量高的茶树品种根际土壤的全磷、有效磷含量均较高,钾含量高的茶树品种根际土壤的全钾、速效钾含量较高。群落结构分析表明,不同茶树品种根际土壤优势菌群在门水平为变形杆菌门(Proteobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、蓝藻门(Cyanobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等。根际土壤pH、有机质、水解性氮、有效磷、速效钾含量对细菌群落结构影响较大,尤其是对变形杆菌门、放线菌门、绿弯菌门、浮霉菌门、厚壁菌门、蓝藻门影响较大。【结论】不同茶树品种中,新梢氮磷钾含量高的茶树土壤pH、有机质、全钾、有效磷、速效钾含量较高,进而引起细菌群落丰富度、多样性较大,是茶树养分差异形成的重要环境因子。不同茶树品种中,高养分含量茶树根际土壤中变形杆菌门、放线菌门、绿弯菌门、浮霉菌门、厚壁菌门、蓝藻门的细菌群落相对丰度较高。【Objective】The paper aimed to study the diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of different varieties of tea trees,to reveal the relationship between the high nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium content,nutrient content and the diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil in new shoots of different varieties of tea trees,and to provide theoretical support for the organic planting and production of commercial tea.【Method】In the study,different varieties of tea trees were selected to determine the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents of new shoot and analyze the physicochemical properties and the diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of tea plants by using soil agricultural chemistry combined with 16S rDNA high⁃throughput sequencing technology.Moreover,correlation analyses were conducted.【Result】There were significant differences in nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium content of new shoots of different varieties.Among different tea tree varieties,the varieties with higher nitrogen content in new shoots had higher pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,and hydrolytic nitrogen content in the rhizosphere soil.Moreover,varieties with higher phosphorus content in new shoots had higher total phosphorus and available phosphorus content in the rhizosphere soil.Additionally,varieties with higher potassium content in new shoots had higher total potassium and available potassium content in the rhizosphere soil.The richness and diversity of bacterial communities were important environmental factors that contributed to the formation of nutrient differences among different varieties.Analysis of community structure showed that the dominant bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of different tea tree varieties were Proteobacteria,Actinomycetota,Cyano⁃phyta,Chloroflexota,Planctomycetota,Bacillota,etc.The rhizosphere soil pH,contents of organic matter,hydrolytic nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium had a greater impact on the bacterial community structure,
