摘　　要：抑郁症是以情绪低落、快感缺乏为主要表现的常见情感障碍疾病,严重影响着人类的生活质量,针刺治疗抑郁具有独特的疗效,然而针刺治疗抑郁症的作用机制目前仍不明确,本研究从针刺调控神经核团功能、神经递质、神经调质、神经内分泌系统及相关信号转导通路等角度为切入点,归纳总结针刺治疗抑郁症的神经生物学机制,为针刺治疗抑郁症提供理论依据。Depression is a common emotional disorder of depression and anhedonia,which seriously affects the life quality of human beings.Acupuncture has a unique curative effect on depression,but the mechanism of acupuncture on depression is still unclear.This study summarized the neurobiology mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of depression from the perspective of acupuncture s regulation of nerve nucleus function,neurotransmitter,neuromodulator,neuroendocrine system and related signaling transduction pathways,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical applications of acupuncture in treatment of depression.
