摘  要:基于社会角色理论和调研分析,地方高校在非遗传承中存在角色认知不清、角色自我内化认同和外化不足、角色期待与角色实践冲突等社会角色实然困境。对此,要明晰地方高校定位,重构其非遗传承角色认同;精准施策,内化其角色认知;强化角色实践,回应“他者”期待;多方协同打好“组合拳”,从而呈现地方高校在非遗传承中的应然角色扮演。Analysis to the researches based on social role theory shows that in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,the local colleges and universities have faced some social role dilemmas such as unclear role cognition,insufficient role identification of self-internalization and externalization,and conflicts between role expectation and practice.Accordingly,it is essential to clarify the position of local colleges and universities,reconstruct their role identity,implement precise policies,internalize their role cognition,strengthen role practice,respond to the expectations of"others",and play a"combination of blows"through multi-party cooperation,so as to achieve the necessary role coordination of local universities in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
