摘 要:为了改善装载机驾驶室的热舒适性,应用计算流体力学CFD技术建立驾驶室有限元模型,采用雷诺平均Navier-stokes方法和Realiable k-ε湍流模型对驾驶室内流场进行仿真计算,得到车室内温度场和速度场的分布,通过试验与仿真对比分析,误差在10%以内,验证了所建模型的准确性和可靠性。在此模型的基础上,提出利用VC++语言对热舒适性评价指标PMV-PPD进行UDF编写,得出车室内PMV-PPD的分布规律。结果表明:在设定的环境条件下,除部分区域的热舒适性不能令人满意外,驾驶室整体热环境处于相对舒适的状态,人体表面的PMV-PPD值分布相对合理,基本满足-0.5<PMV<+0.5,PPD<10%的标准要求。In order to improve the thermal comfort of the loader cab,computational fluid dynamics CFD technology is used to establish a finite element model of the cab,and the Renault average Navier-stokes method and Realiable k-εturbulence model are used to simulate the flow field in the cab to obtain the interior of the cab.The distribution of temperature field and velocity field,through comparative analysis of experiment and simulation,the error is within 10%,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the built model.On the basis of this model,it is proposed to use VC++language to compile UDF for the thermal comfort evaluation index PMV-PPD,and obtain the distribution law of PMV-PPD in the car interior.The results show that under the set environmental conditions,except for the unsatisfactory thermal comfort in some areas,the overall thermal environment of the cab is in a relatively comfortable state,and the PMV-PPD value distribution on the human body surface is relatively reasonable,basically satisfying-0.5<PMV<+0.5,PPD<10%of the standard requirements.
