摘 要:无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)作为治疗难治性重性抑郁、双相情感障碍和难治性精神分裂症等精神疾病的首选方法,然而,它常导致不良反应的发生。其中电休克治疗(ECT)相关的发热很少被提及,但临床上MECT发热的现象却时常出现,本文就MECT发热的原因进行分析,旨在了解发热的相关原因,针对性的采取治疗措施。Non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)is the preferred modality for treating refrac-tory major depression,bipolar affective disorder,and refractory schizophrenia,among other psychiatric disor-ders.However,it frequently elicits adverse reactions,with fever related to electroconvulsive therapy(ECT)seldom addressed.Nonetheless,clinical occurrences of fever during MECT are common.This paper analyzes the etiology of fever in MECT,aiming to elucidate its underlying causes and propose targeted therapeutic inter-ventions.
