摘 要:从水稻田土壤中筛选出一株短程反硝化作用明显的菌株D5,结合细菌的形态结构以及16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定为肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae),并进一步采用单因素实验方法探究了环境因子(碳源种类、C/N和温度)对该菌株脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,多种环境因子均对菌株D5的短程反硝化效果具有较大影响,最佳碳源为柠檬酸钠,最佳C/N为3,最佳温度为25℃和30℃。结果显示,菌株D5具有优良的短程反硝化性能,通过调控环境条件可以取得最佳的短程反硝化效果。A strain D5 with excellent partial denitrification performance was screened from paddy soil.The bacteria were identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae by morphological observation and 16S r DNA sequence analysis.The denitrification ability of strain D5 under different environmental factors(carbon source,C/N ratio and temperature)were investigated using single-factor experiments.The results showed that various environmental factors had obvious influence on partial denitrification of strain D5.The optimal conditions for partial denitrification activity of strain D5 were carbon source of sodium citrate,C/N ratio of 3,temperatures of 25℃ and 35℃.The results showed that strain D5 had excellent partial denitrification performance,and the optimal partial denitrification effect could be achieved by regulating environmental conditions.
