摘　　要：铆钉触头挑选机是一种基于图像识别技术在铆钉触头后处理挑选工序专用的生产设备。本文介绍一种基于基恩士图像处理器的铆钉触头挑选设备,它由人机交互界面、工控机、CCD图像处理器、伺服控制系统、玻璃圆盘、振动盘上料装置、良次品分离装置、PLC控制系统等构成。铆钉触头图像识别挑选设备实现了银基铆钉触头高速CCD图像识别、缺料停机、良次品分离及分析统计等功能。该设备识别精准,机器取代人工操作,满足各种铆钉触头生产的挑选工艺要求,减少挑选工序的操作人员,提高生产效率及降低企业人力成本,具有一定的推广应用价值。Rivet contact picker is a special production equipment based on image recognition technology in rivet contact post-processing process.This paper introduces a rivet contact selection equipment based on Kearns image processor which is composed of human-computer interface,industrial computer,CCD image processor,servo control system,glass disc,vibrating disc feeding device,good and defective product separation device,PLC control system and other components.It realizes the high-speed CCD image recognition of silver based rivet contact,material shortage shutdown,Good and defective product separation,analysis and statistics.The rivet contact image recognition and selection equipment has accurate recognition which can replace manual operation,meet the selection process requirements of various rivet contact production,reduce the operators of the selection process and thus improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost of the enterprise,and has application value.
